Collection: Pre Order Items

Disclaimer:

-) The general user can order all products available in the Pre-Order area. However, stock allocation is dependent on the timestamp of your order and is fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

-) Please also be advised that our PHC VIP Pass Holders' orders will be prioritized and fulfilled first when allocating stock, and they will also enjoy their Access Pass discounts on pre-order items as well. 

-) All pre-ordered items have to be paid in full at checkout to be considered a valid pre-order without exception. Please note that we will need 2 working days to arrange shipping of stock, and we will NOT process any shipping requests from orders after 6 PM. (GMT +8)

-) If the arrived stock level cannot meet pre-order demand, after allocating stock as per the above process, we will give a full refund to the customer based on the difference in received QTY.
